I started my career in 2004 and spent the majority of the first 10 years representing mostly buyers and tenants while building close relationships with the ownership groups and other stakeholders in our NJ markets. I learned how to navigate the myriad of hurdles it takes to close deals. This “on the street” experience was invaluable. As investment capital started pouring into our markets circa 2015, I shifted focus to expand into investment sales and landlord rep work, while keeping the buyer/tenant rep intact. Since then, I have represented over 1,000 owners, tenants, investors, etc., completing in excess of $1 billion dollars in closed deals

As of Q1 2022, over 800 million SF of industrial warehouse space is anticipated as being needed in the US to keep up with demand over the next 5 years. Rental rates, which have risen some 60+% across all markets over the past 5 years, are anticipated to grow by another 30% over the next 5 years, with larger growth in core markets.
