Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced that its leased the entire 47,000-square-foot industrial property located at 60 Grant Street in Carteret, New Jersey.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, and Herb Zimmerman, senior vice president, of BRC represented the tenant, Qualmaxx Supplies, and the landlord, Embee Associates, in the transaction.
Qualmaxx Supplies needed a larger facility close to the ports to expand from the 35,000-square-foot warehouse I leased them five years ago in Linden, noted Metz. Like most tenants today are finding out, the site selection process was challenging due to very limited inventory. 60 Grant Street provides the extra space and the high cube setup the tenant needs to install a new racking system which will help accommodate its continued growth in the janitorial supplies sector.
60 Grant Street is located near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike with access to Route 1-9, and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York. The property totals 47,000 square feet and has 5,000-square-foot offices, 21-foot ceilings, eight tailboards, one drive-in door, and wet sprinklers.
